READ THE BULLETIN BOARD:

All parents are expected to read the bulletin board every time their child attends class. Do not drop off and pick up your children without coming inside to read the bulletin board. Important information is on the bulletin board and it can change daily.

READ THE TESTING SCHEDULES:

When the testing schedule announcement appears on the bulletin board, read the test schedule, thoroughly. Write down the date, time, and requirements.

TESTING:

Make sure that your child attends the test with the full uniform & belt. Be sure that all requirements, indicated in red, be met by test day. All attendance requirements must be met by the end of the appropriate month. Be sure that your child is at the test approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled test time. Any problems with the time or date, see Mr. Spivey.

ATTENDANCE CHARTS:

Be sure that your child correctly marks the attendance chart. If the child is too young to perform this task, the parents are expected to correctly mark the attendance chart.
